We had trouble with our phone systems for a long time. In February, we finally were able to upgrade our systems, and with that opportunity came the chance to create custom hold music. Dr. Kev went to work for about eight minutes and wrote some custom hold music to encourage our patients and their caregivers to hang on as long as they possibly can. Then, songwriting completed, he decided to make a video, because it’s 2019, and nothing says 2019 like “MUSIC VIDEO.”
